Reservations

Reservations are accepted subject to receipt of credit card details . Payment in full is to be made on arrival or on departure at management's discretion. Please note, that NO refunds will be issued for early departure.

Deposit Policy

Reservations are confirmed with card details only, your card is not charged at time of booking. We do not take deposits or prepayments. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation as below, the card will be charged the appropriate amount.

Payment

We accept Cash, Master/ Visa card, EFTPOS and or bank deposit.

Cancellation Policy

The full charge will apply to cancellations that are less than 24 hours prior to check-in time.
